Our compensation is structured to be among the strongest available to independent brokers, with a competitive split structure, top tier status on every file, and no middle layer taking a cut between you and the lender. Splits depend on your volume and business model, so we walk through exact numbers on a discovery call and put them in writing.

Your broker portal and dashboard, marketing support, compliance review, and payroll processing are all included. BrokerDam, the CRM, is a separate paid product our brokers get at a member rate. We will give you a complete written breakdown of any costs on your discovery call, so there are no surprises after you join.

Commissions are processed by our in house payroll team once the lender funds, and paid out promptly on a regular schedule. You always know where your money is, and our team is one message away if you have a question about a payout.

Every A.I.M.I. Collective broker carries errors and omissions coverage as required by regulators. We explain exactly how coverage is arranged and what it costs during onboarding, so you know your protection before you write your first file with us.

Brokers submit directly to more than 100 lenders including major banks, monolines, credit unions, B lenders, private lenders, and alternative lenders. There is no national deal desk between you and your approval.

You submit directly to every lender we work with. Nothing is forced through a middle layer and nobody takes a cut between you and the lender. Separately, our Deal Desk is there if you want it: hand a commercial, B or alternative file to our underwriting team in exchange for a commission split on that file, while you stay the client's point of contact. It is optional and it is your call, file by file.

A.I.M.I. Collective runs regular B and alternative lending matchmaking events where brokers meet lender BDMs directly, and senior brokers help structure files that do not fit standard guidelines. Brokers who would rather hand a difficult file over entirely can use our Deal Desk for underwriting support in exchange for a commission split.

Your licence is yours and the transfer is an administrative change. In British Columbia you submit a change of employment through BCFSA. In Alberta the change is processed through RECA with your new brokerage. In Ontario your new brokerage sponsors your licence through FSRA. We walk you through the steps for your province and handle our side of the paperwork.

We are licensed in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, with brokers across all three. Our offices are in Surrey and Kitchener, and brokers work remotely across the three provinces.
