Common questions

What licence do I need to work as a mortgage broker in Kelowna?
BCFSA licenses mortgage brokering in British Columbia. We sponsor licensed agents and brokers; we do not put unlicensed applicants through initial licensing.
Do I keep my own clients and my own brand?
Yes. Your book is yours and you keep your personal brand and website. We add co branded marketing systems, video production support and campaign templates on top.
Do you work with brokers outside the Lower Mainland?
Yes. A BCFSA licence is provincial and everything we run, from the portal to the Deal Desk to lender submissions, works the same wherever in BC you are.
