Common questions

What licence do I need to work as a mortgage broker in Windsor?
FSRA licenses mortgage brokering in Ontario. We sponsor licensed agents and brokers; we do not put unlicensed applicants through initial licensing.
Do I keep my own clients and my own brand?
Yes. Your book is yours and you keep your personal brand and website. We add co branded marketing systems, video production support and campaign templates on top.
What happens to my pipeline if I switch brokerages?
Live files are the main thing to plan around. We have moved enough brokers to have a process for it, and it is the first thing we walk through on a discovery call.

Thinking about a move in Windsor?

A discovery call is a conversation about your book, your pipeline and what the numbers would look like. No obligation either way.
